Tadashi Shoji S/S 2011
TADASHI SHOJI SPRING 2010

Romantic and elegant would be the first two words that would immediately surface to describe Tadashi Shoji’s spring 2011 collection. Inspired by the Renaissance frescos of Piero della Francesca and Botticelli, the presentation style show displayed an array of beautifully crafted and colored dresses that would be too difficult to choose just one for keeps.

Amongst the pieces were embellished caftans, impeccably detailed goddess column gowns, and asymmetrical ruffled off the shoulder cocktail dresses. His mellow use of lavenders, golds, creams, and ice blues for the silk and organza detailing made for 21 looks of purely breathtaking dresses.
