Glamorous, chic & sexy; the spiciest mix that Lanvin is portraying on their fall 2011 ad campaign. Featuring models Karen Elson, Raquel Zimmermann, Milo Spijkers and Lowell Tautchin the pictures are undeniably fabulous, the dynamic feeling of both models dancing to rhythm of sort of “wii game” is just as fantastical as the folding and voluminous parts of the garments, maybe is time to have fun and let the music get into your skin, but hold up there, the picture campaing shoot by Steven Meisel is not only static models that seemed to be dancing, a few days ago Lanvin released a video, which is part of their campaign as well, directed by House & Holme it delivers a great exposure for Lanvin fall-winter 2011 menswear & womenswear collection.
Dancing to the beat of Pitbull’s hit song ” I know you want me ” (calle ocho), the video captures the moments of models dancing in choreography,mixed with twisted moments of psycho mysterious changes; each wardrobe change implied new room decoration arrangements, swapping the elements used for the set design, from the flower vases to the lamps and table at the background, interesting details that suddenly we’re changed, look closer! maybe it’s a new surprise that Alber has for us, home decor collection perhaps?
At the end Alber Elbaz does his part giving us some little dance, well, could this video get any better?, playful sassy and in certainly ways sarcastic; Lanvin interesting new concept will let viewers have fun while watching this video, it’s been a while and it’s time to bring more mass of people to the fan-fashion club, this video will attract all of those that we’re unknown to the high fashion industry.
So are you ready 1, 2, 3, 4- to dance or to shop? now days you can do both at the same time, but I only have last question for you who of the 5 people in the video dance better ? (I give thumbs up to the gals !)
